Can anyone tell me which dental schools send out secondary applicants after they weed out applicants based on GPA and DAT scores?

Or should I assume all school send out secondary without even looking at your stat because they want your money?

It is pretty safe to say most schools want your money before they weed you out but here is a link to look at each school and what they want and when they want it. There are a few schools that will not ask for your money that know they are not interested.
