Question about sending future dat scores and old ones...

Hey guys,
I'm a reapplicant here and I took my DAT last year. I am planning to take my future DAT in July and had a question. I have requested my scores to be sent out when i take my test in July to all the dental schools that i have applied to. Does the report include my last years (old DAT) scores as well? or do i need to send out two separate official copies to the dental schools?
