Question about specialties

I've just recently begun researching the career of dentistry, so of course I have a lot of questions. I'm sorry to bother you guys but I was wondering if anyone could let me know where the specialties are located, like which states? I am located here in Nevada. How many years does it take to specialize in something?

Is there a website where I can get this information?
