Question about submission

My Application is ready for submission except I'm still waiting for transcripts to be added, LOR to be sent from the committee and for them to input my coursework for me when my transcript comes in (I paid the 1 transcript fee, less hassle for me)


Can I pay the application fee and send it out now? Then my application will get updated on its own when the LOR/Transcript/Coursework is ready?

Or do I have to wait for everything to be added first?

You can send it out now, it won't be considered complete (they won't be considering your application) but it will update automatically if you don't want to worry about figuring out when to submit. The application will also not send until the transcript has been received and verified. You can hit send on your side, but they're not going to send it.
