Question about the MSAR

I purchased the 2011-2012 edition at the end of January; I can sell it back for about a dollar less than I purchased it for. I was wondering if anyone had both the 2011-2012 edition and the new edition and knew whether or not going through all of this is worth the trouble. Do you know if the statistics changed much or if much new information was added in the new edition?

I don't think there was that much change. They just added a handful of new schools.

i also have a quick question about the MSAR...i will be applying next cycle and will use the msar to help choose which schools to apply to so..should i buy the msar that is just came out or wait until next year to buy the newest addtion?

I think that the 2011/2012 is much better than the newest edition, so OP, I'd hang on to that new old one.

I haven't used the online feature that is included with the new one so I can't really speak to whether the new one is great and I'm not sure if next year's edition will go back to the way it used to be so I can't say whether it is better to buy now or wait....

Could someone list the new medical schools they added? I'm like the OP, I have the 2011-2012 version. I can't seem to find them online.
