Question about the NBDE

I am a few weeks away from taking the NBDE and had a few questions about the exam from veterans who have taken it recently.

1) Pictures? Were there histology pictures asking you to identify structures or were the pretty basic.

2) Curves? I have heard so many sides about taking computer or paper version. I am taking the computer version but is there REALLY a difference or do we persume.

3) Pilot Exam? Will all the exams look like the pilot now or was that the only year they did that. I have noticed that the pilot is very different than the other versions I am studying from.

When I took it several years ago they had horrible quality pictures. I remember a panorex with that white streak down the middle, then they ask about tooth #8. Bastards.
