When the Pcat scores are send to your designated pharmacy schools all your attempts are showed in the transcripts. However, which score is validated by pharmacy school the better or the latest???

All that I have seen use the best score. I think that is pretty standard for pharm school, but check the websites of schools you're interested in to be sure.

Most look at the better score assuming that it's not an anomaly.
