question about the transcription verification form

hi, I know when the registrar office send the transcript, they must include the form we have to print out from the AADSAS. So that means we have to deliver that form to the registrar office... My question is... what if you went to college in NY and transferred to school in CA, and you are living in CA. Does that mean you have to fly back to NY to hand the form???????

Uh, no. That would be silly. They have fax machines and the postal service to make things like this easier. Just fax it or mail it, it'll be fine. 👍
