On the actual exam, once you finish a section, does the timer for the next section begin right away? Or is there a delay with instructions or something

Yes, the sections are supposed to continue one after another, however you may experience a 3-5 second delay/lag between sections depending your testing site.

The only break you have is the 15 min break between PAT and RC.

As I recall from last year:

Yes. And it automatically redirects itself to the next section.

I advise that you to use that mini-break wisely as you may encounter a line at the re-check in.
