Question about Touro CA Secondary Application

I have a question when it comes to recommendations. I'm using Interfolio and all of my letters are already attached to the primary. The secondary portal says to just list the providers and they'll be matched to the primary. However, there is a question that says, "Will this provider be submitting the letter of recommendation online?*" If I mark "Yes" I think it sends them an email requesting a letter. Does this mean I should select "No" and no email is sent?

When I applied there, I said "Yes" and then put in the recommenders' Interfolio emails. Ended up getting an II without any problems or delays.
