Question about Transcript Matching Form

I am sorry about this repeat question but I cannot seem to find the answer.

Is the transcript matching form only available on May 15? or is there another place i can find it before that date...

From previous experiences with my school's registry office, they take forever (about 2 weeks) to mail out transcripts so I would like to send it to them now so they can hurry up with it!

it will only be available once the application cycle opens up. aadsas needs to provide you with a bar code that goes with every form. without filing an application, you can't obtain the form.
