So for the transcript request form do we print it and fill it out, scan it, and then send it to your college you request the transcript from?

Yup. It depends on the college how you send it in. Some will accept a fax, some will accept an email with the form attached, some have an online ordering system with option to attach it. Somehow it's gotta be sent in the same envelope as the transcript though 🙂

Edit -I just realized this is pre dent. I was answering for pre med but I feel it should be the same!
