question about tufts MBS

hey guys,

if admitted, is there a way to switch from the dental option to the medicine option ? i know that the program isn't connected with tufts dental school, but as of now i am pre-dental and i took the dat (which i plan on using on the app) but i'm considering switching over to medicine. is this possible?
