MD & DO Question about USMLERx

Hey guys,

I recently purchased USMLERx for second year and I'm wondering how you guys have been using the resource. I'm not really sure how to filter through all the questions to focus on the specific topic that is being covered in our school lectures.

If anyone has any advice about how to go about this, that would be great. Thanks!

Do random (mixed) blocks or do questions by system if your curriculum is systems based (I.e. do all cardio questions if you're on cardio)
