I havent heard anything back from them regarding a supplemental application and/or money. There's nothing on their website either regarding whether or not I should send them money. So should I just wait for them to contact me?

they will contact you. you will get a supp. app. in the mail and then you have to send in that with your app. fee

Not really. You give them all your contact info. At the end it stats "please use this space to describe why you would like to go here (Dental applicants need not answer)"

That's basically it. Oh, and the application fee of course.
