question abt DO ADCOM's

i was wondering if DO schools do not send out interviews untill all letters of rec are recived, do they wait or can some get em b4 letters are recived. mine still may take a fewe weeks, which means by beg of nov. am i falling behind or still OK

Last year I recieved an interview from nova without any letters of recomendation. As for the rest, I was dead in the water until they got my letter. Go figure. Personally, I believe the later to be the general rule.
