Um, no. For one thing this is not an appropriate venue for legal advice. It's very different to have a very generalized legal discussion with a group versus give someone legal advice on a specific personal matter. And for the other, he has hired legal counsel in his relevant jurisdiction -- this is the right person for him to discuss legal issues with. Laws vary from state to state, and the specifics matter. So the guy in the appropriate jurisdiction with all the facts in front of him is the guy to give him advice.
