Question bank Q: BSS vs. RR Step 1 Q's...same thing?

As far as I know, both of these question sources are written by Goljan. With BSS being created a few years before Rapid Review step 1 q book....does anyone have any input on how different these are and if it would be worthwhile to use both...or anything about them in general? (of course I'll be using this in addition to the other, more standard question banks)

also - does anyone have a copy of the BSS cd-rom that they may be able to share with me or otherwise point me in the right direction.
