Blueprints Q&A Step 2 isn't bad.
Case Files doesn't have that many questions, but the ones in it are good.
I didn't like Pretest for this subject.

I'm in the same boat - we are using the APGO qbank which is super duper hard - yay for sucking ass on ob/gyn questions! Just wondering if there is anything else out there - I'm going to need a lot.... i mean a lot of practice!!!
Also - do you guys reccomend just blueprints and using case files as a reference for spare time. I'm trying to focus in on what i need to learn for the shelf vs. what will help me on the rotation - b/c I'm lacking the knowledge fund I should have for the test!
