H2SO4 dissociates to HSO4 + H like a strong acid, but the second proton barely does and acts like a weak acid

While something like...Ca(OH)2 dissociates completely to Ca + 2OH

Pardon me if this question sounds silly, but why the difference in the first case with the acid?

see the difference in bonding
in H2SO4 it is polar covalent bond
H is removed as H+ because of the high electronegativity of the O
however in Ca(OH)2 it is ionic compound and it is already present as Ca2+ and 2OH-
