question concerning test scheduling

Hello,

I'm planning to take the OAT and checked prometric testing center website.
It says there is blackout from 4/9 to 4/30 ish.
What does that mean?
Do I have to pay the testing fee before scheduling?

Yea. They grab your cc info when you register online/call.

i registered for the test today.
do i need to wait for a week or so to get 800 # and call to schedule?

I had the same question when I registered. I waited for a month for the hardcopy letter to come to me until I finally called them. They told me instructions were actually hidden somewhere in one of the lengthy e-mails they sent me that I was too lazy to read word-for-word after filling in all the blanks.
