Are the questions on the real test more like UWORLD Qbank, NBME, or UWORLD Self Assessment?

I heard that it is pretty close to NBME, maybe slightly harder, but easier than UWORLD Qbank and UWORLD Self Assessment, is this true?

If past (and future) test takers can comment, that would be great.
