I met with the executive dean of admissions today and i asked him a question about cutoffs. He said it should be around a 18 in any categories. Now is this hyped up? or is this true? has anyone gotten in with a 17 or lower? I just want to know because I do have a 17 on RC and yea... its my only 17. He did say AA is most important followed by PAT tho. which are 20 and 24 for me respectively.

I scored a 16 on my Math, but everything else above 20, so no it's not true, some sections are not as important, RC might be a problem with a 17 though.

yea Dr. Yarborough said that Math isnt of much concern, but the UOP unlike some other schools, would care more about the RC. He said a 17 doesn't kill my chances, but it certainly has a negative effect. I think the only reason he didnt straight up tell me no b/c of the PAT score but i dunno im skurrrred

Hey Zellken (Sorry for misspelling)

I was at that meeting too (UCSD PDS) I remember you're question, stop stressing about it dude, if everything else is in the 20's you don't have to worry.

I asked him that too in my meeting with him I have all my scores in the 20's except for a 15 in QR and he said and told you too, he gives one bad score basically.

Stop stressing I am sure you prob have a good GPA and you come from UCSD so he knows you got what it takes.
