How did you guys access the Albany secondary? It asks for a pin number which I've not received, although I did receive their August letter promising the on-line secondary.

thanks, guys, the SSN works. I thought I'd tried it before. I think maybe I had the app year wrong, 2001 instead of 2001! 😳
