Hi! I'm applying to DO schools this year, but technically I think I'm considered a reapplicant

I highly doubt any school you applied to last year read your personal statement. Usually they will review your PS and activities after you submit your secondary application.
 
I had schools mention reviewing my prior application when I interviewed. At least review it.
