I was trying to PM you but the contact was blocked. I just want your comments on my updated timeline....I'm planning to take the DAT at the beginning of April. I'm taking 2 hrs everyday to read and highlight about 15 pages of Schaum's bio (i'm half way through) and the remaining 3 hrs i switch between G-chem, Orgo, QR, and PAT. I should be done with schaum's book by jan 31st, then I'll go back to memorize it again. This time I'll spend about 1hr for bio and the rest of the time for g-chem, QR, etc until Feb 27th. Then I'll take the remaining month doing practice tests. Any modification I should make? Was your timeline similar to this? Did you continue to review everything during the time you take the practice tests? Sorry for so many questions. thanks!

Sounds like you have an excellent plan there...2 hours for reading that schaum's book is pretty good. Your plan was similar to mine, except after spending 1-1.5 hours reviewing the bio stuff, I hit up gchem for 1-1.5 hours of practice, and maybe 1 hour on ochem. By the time I got through that during the day, my brain was exhausted.

As for PAT, I pretty much used my exams for practice, I didn't have anything extra around to use. Topscore Pro and DAT Achiever PAT were both excellent, although DAT Achiever was much harder. I would take a practice test once a week (friday or saturday) and then the next day chill out, do no studying at all. Come back and look at my errors the day after next...then hit up what I missed and review everything again during the week. I used my last 6 weeks for taking practice tests (1 a week).

I used REA Alegbra & Trig to help me out on a few of the trig, probability, combination, and permutation formulas for QR, other than that I just used the practice tests for getting acquainted with the types of questions (did that for about 1 week after following my usual plan above during the day).

Sounds like you have a good thing going,

- yeah I turned off PM, some idiot kept sending me spam messages

Indent how did you study for the chem's, what was your strategy in studying for these. Did you read the review notes over and over or just did the subject tests or what?

Thanks
