I got accepted to UOP with a F, a C+, 2B-s on my pre-req classes, I also got invited to NYU for an interview which I didn't go. C- is usually not a passing grade for dental schools so I think you need to call the schools and ask them if it's ok to have one. Might need to do a re-take.
