Question for Previous MCAT takers: I have review all the material....should I

Shoudl I now just do practice problems continously...re-review the material..etc. what is best.

Maybe re-review the bio and orgo material (since it requires most memorization) and then just do PS problems....what do you all think?

I'd say practice tests are probably the best thing you can do now - take as many as you can. So much of MCAT prep is getting used to the timing of the sections and building up endurance so you can still think clearly by the end of the Bio section. I'd say try to take as many full length tests - timed, with correct breaks - as you can. If it's too difficult to find the time to sit down and take the whole thing in one sitting, then just take timed sections. And if you really have trouble finding chunks of time to take practice sections, then just do practice problems. Personally, I think problems are the best review of the material.

just start doing the aamc tests and see how you do...and then see where you trouble spots are and re-review those sections of the test.

doing practice passages is a major component of doing well on the exams. however, knowing some equations and other little tidbits can help you answer questions much faster sometimes. right before i took the test, i looked over these two sheets of physics equations and i think it helped me a lot.

The more practice exams you take, the better. I'd say definitely focus on practice, particularly the AAMC exams. That's what I did, and it worked out well. I actually raised my diag score about 5 points overall in the last month of study, just by doing so many practice passages.

i know that you can by 4 differnt practice test from amcas and get the answers with them. my question is whether the answers are detailed and give explanations or are they just the answers. what good does it do you if you dont know why you got wrong what you got wrong? to princetons and kaplans free on-line practice tests have detailed anwers?
