...This goes for other Princetonites also...

My younger cousin (high school) is looking at colleges and Princeton came up. She is tenatively interested in biochemsitry. I tried to find some info about the department online, but I couldn't find a "biochem" major/department.

Princeton Rocks (or anyone else...), you are a biochem major....can you tell me where exactly I can look to find info on the program? Is it through another department or something? I know most schools don't have a "biochem" department, but I was getting lost on the website.

Hope this question isn't painfully dumb, thanks for your help!!!!!

There is no biochemistry major. There is a Molecular biology major and a Chemistry major. I don't think you can major in biochem. Check the Chemistry website though.

Greenie,

it's princetonians =)

I was a mol bio major, so if your cousin has questions about that, just PM me, and I'll do my best to answer.

I know that there is a biochemistry course offered that is crosslisted between mol and chem, but there is definitely not a biochem major.
