Hi Steph,

Do you find that your colleagues respect/encourage your contribution to SDN or do they discourage it? The reason I ask is that I embark upon residency, I would like to continue the SDN Rad onc thread legacy, especially because I have gained so much from it. Any other attendings or residents get flak for contributing? Thanks in advance.
