My buddy has it brand new and is willing to lend it to me before he uses it. My question is, with the program, are you allowed to use it more than once. That is, if he lets me borrow it, and I take all the tests, will he still be able to install into his comp and use it for himself?

No, once you download it onto your computer you can not download it elsewhere.

Nope, you can't do that either. You could only install it onto one computer. So you could take all the test first, then he could reset the tests and retake all the tests over.
