question for UIC applicants

Does anyone know when UIC deposits the $40 admissions fee? Is it done immediately after receipt or do they wait until you're accepted?

I ask because it's been over a month since I sent my check in, but according to my bank it still has not been cashed...

the application fee? they deposit it pretty fast. maybe a week.

Late? Not really...I applied in late November. That may be relatively late for some schools, but not UIC. They don't really get started with admissions until December.

Anyway, thanks for the info...if your check only took a week then it looks like mine got lost in the mail. I suppose I'll have to give them a call.
