Not sure if this is something you guys deal with often but, I'm trying to fix bad posture (back/neck hunching forward)

always had it since I was little, i don't have any bone deformities, just tend to have stooping posture especially when i'm sitting.

I've been told that strengthing our core muscles help with posture, but it seems like my stooping posture is largely from the neck area rather than the lower back.

looking for advice if any one knows what i should do to fix it 😛

Go see your doctor. This is not a forum for personal medical advice.

You should see a spine doctor. Sounds like you have Kyphosis Sedens. Very serious. No known cure.

yes go see a doc.....but it would't hurt to stretch thoroughly twice a day and hit the gym to work on core, run, and resistance train...I have heard sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair, though perhaps not the most socially acceptable, can also help.
