Question in regards to grade replacement

I originally took Bio I, II, and III (all were 3 credits, and this excludes the 1 unit labs) at a quarter system based university. However, since my grades were sub-par, I retook Bio I and II (both were 4 credits each, and the lab was part of the course) at a semester based community college. Since these retakes were at a semester based school, Bio III, or its specific course content, was pretty much part of the two-course series.

My question is will the Bio retakes (Bio I and II) at the semester based CC replace my original grades for Bio (Bio I, II, and III) that I took at the quarter based university? Or will they only replace the grades for Bio I and II that I took at the quarter based university?

I haven't found any answers to this question, and I believe there may be many more others out there with this particular dilemma.
