Longtime lurker, first time poster!

I am taking the DAT next week. I took a Kaplan course this spring, and used their online materials. I also:

Did Destroyer 2X
read-outlined Schaum's Biology
AP Cliff's BIOL
CDP

I took the diagnostic, midterm, final, etc on Kaplan and was maxing out at about 18 TS, which was making me kind of upset.

Then I looked here and purchased qVault. I have been consistently getting 20's on Chem and Ochem, and I'm not taking them with 100% concentration. Is this a good sign? Or should I be paying more attention to my Kaplan deficiencies?

Also, I found Math Destroyer to be difficult, however I am crushing (24+ avg) qVault Math. Which is more indicative of the Math Section?

Furthermore, I have only done 2 reading comp practices and got 20s on them. Is the qVault Reading Comp a useful tool?

I'm in the same boat as you, taking my DAT this Saturday. I haven't done qVault, but if you're doing better on those, that's a good sign. I would still use both Kaplan and qVault to focus on your weak areas.

I have also heard that math destroyer is probably the most comparable to the real deal. Good luck!

Mine is this Saturday also, I would really recommend going through all the problems you miss on math destroyer. I was averaging 18s on the first 8 math Destroyers but 21-23 on qvault and was confused about what to do. Math destroyer is apparantley the best thing for qr so I went over every problem I missed in the first 8 tests and did much better on destroyer 9 and 10 because of it.
