question on break time

I'd appreciate anyones input.

If one finishes a section early, does that extra time get added to the overall break time.

Ex. If I finish block 3 with 10 min left, and I have not used any breaks, does that mean I would have 1 hour and 10 min of break for the rest of the exam.

Yes. If you finish a block early, you get extra break time.
