hi guys, I have some questions:
1- for G-chem, when asking about comparing elctronegativity, affinitive, or something like that, will they give you element on the same row, or colum. if not how we know which is prior to which ( row or colum)
2- any tips for paper folding. i did ok on practice by using common sense, but it take a while. could not find them on Kap.
thanks you all

1. For general chemistry, there are a couple trends in the periodic table.
(Periods)Left-right = increasing electronegativity, increasing ionization energy, and decreasing atomic radii.
(Groups)Down-Up = Increasing electronegativity, increasing ionization energy, decreasing atomic radii
I hope that answered your question

2. For paper folding, I think the only trick that I learned is that you will have as many lines of symmetry as you have folds. So if the paper is folded twice, you will have two lines of symmetry.
For paper folding, I would suggest that people take up origami- it helped me a lot at least, and is kind of fun 😉

That's my 2 cents, hope that I answered your questions (and correctly). Good luck studying!
