Question on early admissions...

I am really thinking of doing the Early Admissions for VCOM. My question is do they really help? Is it worth delaying your app to other schools?

Pretty tough call. In general, I'd say that early admissions is not worth putting off applications to other programs. It is best to cast as wide a net as possible. However, if you really, really want to go to VCOM above any other programs, or you know that VCOM offers a high rate of acceptance for their early admissions, I'd say go for it.

I know that they only give out 300 interviews for about 150 (ish) spots. Their avg cGPA is 3.6 and avg sGPA is 3.5. To get an early decision you must have a 3.5 in both sGPA and cGPA. I have a 3.75 in both, so i feel like I have a chance. (Dont have my MCAT back though....)
