question on hunter

i would like to apply to hunter's post bacc but im going to be a senior in college in the fall. can i apply in like, january without my last semester senior year grades? also, if anyone has additional info on the difficulty of the classes as well as things like tutoring, grades cruved or anything like that it would be appreciated. thanks!
