Question on submission time

Considering I have been through this process before I should have this down pact.

Here is my situation: I am currently on two wait-list so I am trying to wait out as long as possible before I spend money on a new application, that being said I am trying to do every step as early as possible as well. Last year my major issue was late application submission. Currently my application is in the process of being verified and only has one school on the school list.

Here is my question: Should I wait until the application is about to be verified and update the school list with all the schools I intend on applying to (In hopes of being accepted off of a wait-list before I spend considerable money on application)? Or should I update it now in hopes of receiving the secondaries before the application is verified?

I'm in a similar situation. My understanding is that verified applications will begin to be transmitted to schools on July 1st. That being said, if you are verified prior to July 1st be it on June 5th or June 30th, whatever schools are on your list will be sent out for the first time on July 1st. I've only got three schools on my list right now, and I've been verified, but on the ~30th I will add my additional schools and pay the extra fees so that my app is sent to all the schools I want them to be sent to on the 1st. Schools won't send you a secondary until you are verified because I believe your application will not be sent to them until after verification.
