I had 2 transcripts sent to AACOMAS: one from the undergraduate school I attended (Rutgers) and the other from the graduate school I attended (Rutgers biomedical and health sciences). The problem is that the graduate school is slightly different from the undergraduate school, but AACOMAS wants me to list all my classes under simply "Rutgers". I know AACOMAS received my undergraduate transcript, but do not know if they will change the "received date" section when they receive the graduate transcript. Anyone know how this is handled?

Thanks

As long as you're submitting it early I don't see why there would be an issue. Unless you're worried about schools not being able to differentiate between your grad vs. undergrad level classes just get them submitted early. If it's something you are really concerned about though I would just call AACOMAS and talk to one of their reps. You'll get a better answer from them than you will from anyone on SDN.

AACOMAS expected two transcripts from the same institution for me, because I listed graduate work and undergrad work separately. However, there is only one transcript request process and the school only sent one.

I just emailed their support after that one transcript was marked as received and they took care of it.
