Question on when i should apply.

Here's the deal. I'm taking Organic Chem this summer, and I"ll get my A in that class end of August. Should i wait till i get my grade in Orgo before i apply or do it now since i've heard it takes some time. I'm also taking my DAT over the summer. When should i set up my account with AASDAS(sp)? I'm planning to apply for the 2005 cycle and Orgo is a major req for the application.

Applications for the AADSAS 2005 cycle were accepted on May 15. Start your application NOW, finish your essay, do everything else.

How are you so sure you'll get your A in August? If you're 100% sure, I assume you can send in your AADSAS application pretty much whenever and it should be fine. You can submit it now, but its pointless since you need transcripts (with the Org. Chem. course) for your file to be complete anyways.

As most people will advise you.... apply as early as possible!! You can update your grades once AADSAS sends you a form sometime in December updating your grades for summer/fall. Don't wait, just apply. Set up your account now and start filling out the application ASAP. It is a lengthy process and one you will be glad you got started. Mine took a few hours to complete. I'm not done yet, since I'm still figuring who my evaluators will be... a have a few to choose from. Good luck!

So i can apply now. Then update my transcript in august when i get my grades for organic chem? oh btw, I'll get an through the old fashioned way, hard work! 🙂
