Do we have to include science labs if they are completed but there is no grade since it was included in the whole score of the class?

I would just mimic as the transcripts as much as possible.
Does it say "P/Pass" next to the lab class?

For where it says attempted credits it has 0.00 since the lab prof sent our lab grade to our bio/chem professor to add it in since it wasnt seperate...
