Iam a medical student in Syria and I want to transfer to Canada.

Can you give me any info about transfering to canadian universities?

Transfer is impossible you need to enroll in an undergrad program and apply. Also very few universities accept international students even if you studied in Canada or the US. I think UofT takes 7 internationals or so.

Similarly for residency. You need to be a permanent resident or a citizen and it's also very difficult. I say don't even bother with Canada and go to the US.
