Question Regarding PASS

I finish all the stuff on PASS, but I am still waiting on rec letters and institution letters to be upload. Should I wait for them to upload the letters first then submit my application or it does not matter that I can submit right now? Would the school starting look at my application right now without the rec letters? Thanks

Just some random info regarding your question:

ADEA PASS FAQ sections says to submit without all of your letters or transcripts in yet.

If you download your whole app under one of the schools in the "check status" section, you can see that they make it clear that letters were requested and you're just waiting. I think the schools will just wait until it looks like everything is in and then start looking.

That being said, seeing as tomorrow is the start of almost all of the programs I would imagine that they won't be looking at apps for a few weeks as they get their new residents situated.
