Geez...apparently it's a crime to ask a question about the PCAT on a PHARMACY forum. I see by your number of posts that you are probably a new user and haven't taken the time to do a search of past threads. So, here's what I can tell you about the PCAT.
It is not overly difficult. The reading comp is similar to reading comp on the SAT. The math section goes by quickly. You'll need to know how to do decimal, percent, exponent, radical and fraction problems quickly and without a calculator. The chemistry is mostly definitions and chemistry concepts, with a little bit of organic. You'll need to know important laws, definitions, equations, and priciples. Very few of the chem problems required calculations. The bio section contains lots of physiology. Be sure you know the major organs of the body and their functions and subparts. Finally, the verbal tests your vocabulary. You could possibly review for this by studying a SAT word list or something like that, but it's not too hard.
If you've recently taken your pre-reqs, it shouldn't be too bad. I took it after having completed gen chem & bio 6 years ago, and organic chem 5 years ago. I had to review some. I found the Barron's and Peterson's PCAT review books (especially the outlines) very helpful. Cliffs Bio helped a lot for the biology section.
Best of luck, and if you have any more questions, don't be afraid to ask. Someone on this forum will give you a polite and constructive response.
