Hi I am 2014 applicant.
Some dental schools require courses that I have not taken yet (such as University of Michigan requiring 3 credits from sociology).

Will these schools just not accept me since I have not taken their prerequisites? or will they still accept me and wait for me to take these courses before the class starts?

This. You need to have the pre-reqs done before matriculating.
