Hello, I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question. I'm only applying to DO schools but I was wondering, if I were to have a recommendation letter from a public health professor, would that count as a non-science or science rec letter? I know on AACOMAS, public health counts as Other Science but I was wondering if their definition of science meant core/natural science classes only in regards to the rec letter requirements. I need a non-science letter, and I'm not sure who I should ask since a majority of my general ed courses were completed before I entered college (credited with no grade through IB/AP coursework).Thank you!!

As far as I know, science is typically the "natural" sciences... Biology, Chemistry, Physics.
