I am a senior at a Texas university, and I will be applying to Texas med schools this spring. I am majoring in Chemistry and minoring in biology. As a result, I am not required to take the labs that correspond to the upper level bio classes I need for my minor (I just need the lectures- 9 hrs worth). Would Texas med schools require that I take these labs, or would they not care either way? I am confused as to how it might look without me taking any upper level biology labs.

Thanks

You just need the two courses with labs...the intro courses. I didn't take any upper bio classes with labs.
