Alright, so I'm a freshman at UCSD (don't mind the freshman part and I have a question. So let's say it's May 2010 and I'm applying to D-School. I've got like a 3.24 GPA from UCSD and since I took some classes from CC (like about 28 units and I got A's in them), it's a 4.0. So assuming my D-School GPA is like a 3.56 (3.24 from UCSD and 4.0 from CC) balances out to the 3.56, how do d-schools base their decision? Will they see "ahh this kid was dumb in UCSD, or at least had a avg GPA, took some CC classes and now wants to hide GPA under the disguise of a 4.0 GPA with some classes from a CC"
OR will they say "wow it's a 3.56, thats pretty damn good, he's in"
So in essense, how much do they value the University/College GPA compared to the OVERALL AADSAS GPA? Phew, thanks
